Charissa Coleman

Covenant Day School volleyball player Charissa Coleman has been named the winner of the Shoeless Enterprises Leadership Award. Charissa and her Lions Volleyball Team are among the very best teams in the Charlotte region this year and are aiming for a state championship next month.

Charissa holds the school record for volleyball digs at Covenant Day School and was the conference leader in the
stat category last season from her role in the libero position. Charissa serves as a team Co-Captain this year and she works hard to be a leader on
and off the court for her team. She believes in being a vocal leader and helping to build team chemistry with energy.

Inside the classroom, Charissa is a strong student with a 3.7 unweighted grade point average. She is a member of the National Honor Society,
treasurer of the National Spanish Honor Society and a team leader with the Beta Club. Congratulations to Charissa Coleman, the winner of the
Shoeless Enterprises Leadership Award.
