SOUTH CHARLOTTE SPORTS CHEERLEADING CAMP TO BE HELD JUNE 24-27

We are proud to announce the 2008 South Charlotte Sports Cheerleading Camp hosted by the Ardrey Kell High School Cheerleading Team. This exciting summer camp for girls between the ages of 5-14 will be held June 24-27 at Ardrey Kell High School.  The 2008 camp will provide first class instruction with an emphasis on fun, teamwork and fundamental cheer skills. Former Wake Forest University cheerleader and current Ardrey Kell High School Head Coach Caroline Adkisson will lead this exciting camp.  Members of the Ardrey Kell Cheerleading team will assist Adkisson in providing energetic instruction during the camp.(complete release)

MARVIN RIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOL SIXTH GRADE CHEERLEADERS PERFORM WELL

The Marvin Ridge Middle School 6th grade cheerleading squad took 2nd place honors at the Union County Cheer-Off Competition.  The event was held at Wingate University on Sunday, October 28, 2007.  There were over 20 teams competing in all levels.  This was the first competition for Marvin Ridge Middle School with it being a brand new school this year.  (complete story)

COMMUNITY HOUSE MIDDLE SCHOOL CHEERLEADING TEAM BRINGS THE SPIRIT

The Inaugural Community House Middle School Cheerleading Team recently concluded a very successful season. Led by Head Coach Heather Phelps and assistant Leslie Wagoner, the cheerleaders delivered the spirit all season long for the Cavalier Teams.  Regardless of the score, these young ladies worked hard to create a positive atmosphere at Community House Middle School.
