When did you start playing basketball and what do you like about the
game of basketball?
“I started playing basketball when I was 6 and I love the competitiveness of the game”

What are your top accomplishments on the court?

“I have received multiple scholarships to play college basketball. I won the 3-point
contest at Wofford College with 22 three pointers in under one minute. I also got
selected for the All-Nike Team after winning the Nike 100 Super Showcase.”

What schools do you have offers from?

“I have offers from University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of
North Carolina at Greensboro, and Lees-Mcrae. I am getting recruited by
schools such as Wofford, Winthrop, Florida, Wichita State, Xavier, Grand
Canyon, James Madison, and Stanford.”

How do you manage your academics and athletics?

“I attend tutoring sessions to make sure I am the best student I can possibly
be. I always ask questions in class and I make sure I get the school
work done before basketball because I am in school for an education and in
college, it’s education first, then basketball. I manage very well by putting
work in both on and off the court.”

How well do your perform in the classroom and how important
are your academics to you?

“My GPA is a 3.125, and academics are very important. The ball will stop
bouncing someday and I need an education to fall back on.”

Are you involved in any community service activities?

“I volunteer at basketball camps and help the younger kids learn the correct
way to play basketball and help them become better players.”

What are your goals for the school season?

“Win a state championship!”
