issue202SpadaCharlotte Country Day School wrestler and lacrosse athlete Max Spada has been named the Architect Sports and Physical Therapy Student Athlete of the Week. The son of Stephen and Carrie Spada has been wrestling for three years, competing in both school and AAU tournaments on a near weekly basis. This past season Max finished second in the state tournament at 106lbs, losing 4-3 in overtime. He now wrestles in the 102 pound class.

Max competed in the Cadet/Junior Freestyle National Championship in Fargo, ND and has also worked out at the prestigious Blair Academy in New Jersey. In lacrosse, Max plays the Attack position for Charlotte Country Day School.

Inside the classroom, Max is and A/B student and an avid member of the choir. He says he loves to perform on stage. His favorite subject is Math. Over the summer Max spent time in Africa helping with community service projects. Congratulations to Max Spada for being named the Architect Sports and Physical Therapy Student Athlete of the Week.
